Consent law is a highly complex area, and one that is constantly evolving as new cases are decided by the courts. The be INFOrMED course is modular and structured around problem-based learning, with optional modules exploring consent in specialist areas such as obstetrics, paediatrics, A&E and research.

Continually updated to reflect the latest developments in the law, the course is also certified for 12 CPD hours.
